Overview: I feel in love with these boardshorts because of the print. But I know now that there were a lot of chemicals to create these shorts. It's made of 100% polyester. And then more chemicals were used to created the sublimation print. And since these are boardshorts, there was more than likely a finish that involved more chemicals to make them waterproof. The construction is pretty simple so not much labor was needed. But being made in China, the carbon footprint of shipping is big. Overall, this product was not very sustainable.
