                    Obey Tee

Picture

Description
:   Tee with front screenprint design

Origin:   U.S.A.

Content:   50% Polyester, 25% Cotton, 25% Rayon

Point of Purchase:   Nordstroms

Overview:   Compared to the Target tee that was also made in the US, this tee is a lot more better in quality. I don't buy many Obey shirts because of the price, but the price is definitely worth it. There isn't any pilling and the yarn structure is the same as the Target tee. However, the fiber content is different so it could explain the quality. Another difference is the screenprint design. This shows that this shirt is less sustainable and the design being a 4 color print, there was more labor involved. This tee costs around $40 so the labor costs may be questionable. I would assume the labor is being paid a little less the the norm. Looking at the fiber content, there were definitely chemicals used to produce the polyblend fabric.
